One month before your return home, you shall communicate to the IO the date of your last day of academic activity (exams, a meeting with a teacher…), and send us a copy of your return flight tickets or booking.

The final scholarship amount will be calculated according to the days you have studied at UPV (maximum 150 days).

IMPORTANT!! To receive the last payment of the scholarship, you must have previously answered the EU final report. You will receive the link by email from the EU (check your spam folder).

We will also ask you to send us the Final Report of your stay (not the EU one, a report on your study program and personal benefits gained through studying at UPV). It will help us improve management and attention to future participants.

Prior to your departure, you will receive a certificate of study from UPV that can serve you in the future as an attachment to your CV.

On your return, the Transcript of Records will be available on the AIRE platform within three weeks after the end of the exams. This certificate will be electronically signed. The signature can be verified by clicking the pointed link in the document. With this document, you can request validation of your credits at your home university (according to the Learning Agreement).
