    Before

You need to send to the OAI via email the following documents:

  • Estimate day of arrival
  • Copy of the Grant Agreement
  • Copy of the visa, in case that it is needed
  • Copy of the travel insurance
  • Copy of the Staff Mobility Agreement
  • Flight tickets

The scholarship and travel aid will be paid upon your arrival at the UPV. You must buy the flight ticket and book the hotel at your own convenience. The payment will be for the total amount of the scholarship, you do not need to justify real costs.

The Scholarship for staff covers:

7 days (5 stay + 2 travel) x 160€ = 1.120€

Travel aid according to distance. Consult your Erasmus+ Coordinator or the Erasmus+ Distance calculator: Distance Calculator

We will send you the draft of the grant agreement before your travel. Please sign it and send us a scanned copy.

    During

Once you arrive to Spain, we will be waiting for you at the international affairs office. You must bring the Grant Agreement and your boarding pass so we can sign and scan them. Once we have done this we will proceed to pay you the scholarship and the travel aid.

During your stay at the UPV, you will be working according to the plan stated in the staff mobility agreement.

    End

When your stay is ending, you have to fulfill the EU online survey. Within the Program rules, it is mandatory to fill in and submit the survey. You will receive an email with the access link. Please review the spam folder in case of not receiving it.

You also have to send us the Final Report (you can download the template here) as a resume of your activities at the UPV. Upon arrival, we will facilitate you a template. After that, we will deliver to you a certificate of stay which you will need at your home institution.

In case of not receiving the Final Report, the UE might ask to refund the money.

At the end of the stay, a certificate of duration will be given to the participant specifying the dates of stay and the number of teaching hours (in case of teaching mobility), so that mobility is recognized in the home institution.
