    Before

You shall book the flight ticket and book the accommodation at your convenience.

The scholarship and travel aid will be paid to you upon arrival at the UPV.

The payment will be for the total amount of the scholarship; you do not need to justify real costs.

The Scholarship for staff covers 7 days (5 stay + 2 travel).

Prior to your departure we will appreciate you facilitate to the OAI via email, the following:

  • The estimated date of arrival.
  • Copy of the Grant Agreement (We will send you the draft of the grant agreement before your travel. Please sign it and send us a scanned copy).
  • A copy of the visa, in case it is needed.
  • Copy of the travel insurance.
  • Copy of the Staff Mobility Agreement fully signed by the three parties.
  • Flight tickets.

    During

Upon arrival, we will welcome you at the IO to:

  • Provide general information related to mobility.
  • Pay the total amount of the scholarship.
  • Carry on the administrative procedure according to the Erasmus+ KA171 scholarship.

In this first meeting, you must provide the following documents to get a copy:

  • Passport with visa and entry stamp.
  • Boarding pass of your flight (not the booking) from all connections if applicable.

During your stay at the UPV, you will be working according to the plan stated in the Staff Mobility Agreement.

At the end of your stay, you must fill out the EU online final report. You will receive an email with the access link. Please review the spam folder if you have not received it. As stated in the Grant Agreement, submitting the final report is mandatory. If participants do not fulfil this agreement, the UE may request a refund of the scholarship. The last day of stay, you will receive a length certificate specifying the dates of stay and the number of teaching hours (in case of teaching mobility), so that mobility can be recognized in the home institution.
