    Selection Process

The selection process for participants, students, and staff must be objective, based on the merits of the candidates, transparent, and documented according to the EU requirements.

The selection process will be done through the UPV Erasmus+ KA171 Platform, under collaboration between each partner and UPV.

Student mobility will be carried out preferably for Semester A or, if not possible, for Semester B of the chosen academic year (according to the project’s duration).

Semesters at UPV are as follows:

  • Semester A: From September to January
  • Semester B: From February to July

Staff mobility must be agreed upon with the UPV professor who will attend the stay and can be carried out at any time, as agreed between the home and host institutions, always within the project’s duration.

Staff mobility for training will depend on the staff weeks’ calendar.

Once the selection process has been completed, UPV and partners will proceed to the formal nomination of candidates, stating the score obtained according to the call criteria, including the reserve list, if any.

The pre-enrollment for students will be open from September 1st to October 15th and from March 20th to May 15th.
